OVER THE YEARS HE HAS OWNED & OPERATED TWELVE DIFFERENT STYLE RESTAURANTS IN LOS ANGELES, INCLUDING THE FAMOUS EAST INDIA GRILLS, TUFAAN & TIGER LILY AND HAS LONG LIST OF ACCOLADES. AT INDIA JONES, HE HAS BEEN SPECIALIZING IN INDIAN STREET FOOD, PARTICULARLY FRANKIES: A ROTI WRAP WITH FILLINGS LIKE LAMB, CHICKEN, PANEER AND POTATO TO FORM WHAT THE ZAGAT GUIDE'S BLOG CALLED "THE INDIAN EQUIVALENT OF A BURRITO." HIS FAMOUS BUTTER CHICKEN, A MILD TOMATO & CREAM CHICKEN CURRY WITH RICE, IS ALSO A STAPLE OF THE INDIA JONES MENU.

IN 2018 HE LAUNCHED A NEW CONCEPT CALLED THE PERI-PERI CHICKEN CO., WITH A FOOD TRUCK & A GHOST CATERING KITCHEN. THIS CONCEPT, HOWEVER QUITE NEW IN U.S.A, IS VASTLY POPULAR AROUND THE WORLD, SPECIALLY IN ENGLAND, SOUTH AFRICA & AUSTRALIA.
